My grandparents were clearing out their garage and have gifted me lots of handy camping stuff, chiefly this stove that they backpacked with 30 years ago. No instructions or box or anything. We fired it up in the kitchen (and got very told off) and it worked perfectly from an aerosol-looking gas canister of obscure brand.

Took some photos in the hope that someone here might know a bit more about it!

Yes, I remember them about 35 years ago. My pal had one, I think it ran off a Primus gas canister but I cannot remember the make of the stove. When we were camping at Stonethwaite Farm in Borrowdale one Christmas the gas was freezing so he stood the canister in the pan to warm it up.

2nd opinion suggests that it might also be an ALP 7000, but I've no link or photos of that stove for you.
