just like to take the time to reccommend tets4less for service and price,

i got an vango albany 800 for £169 delivered,  very good price, tents4less were very helpfull on delivery,  when the tent came i put it up and tested it, and noticed that a toggle was missing of the inner bedroom, agaain, one e-mail and it was sorted very quickly, with no hastle, my only slight moan would be that they do not appear to have a phone number to contact them (my pet hate)

i think they may be part of norwich camping.

I disagree, I have yet to find a good word about them.  Where shall I start, purchased a canopy for my tent, they sent me the wrong one, which does not fit my tent.  Simple I will just send it back.  A week later 8 telephone calls (they promice to ring but never do) the canopy is still with me.  No one will sort out a collection for the return. Managed to speak to a manager requesting a saturday collection (as like most people work 9-5 monday to friday) he will arrange it and ring me back .......... still sat here waiting for the ring of the phone.  

I am tempted to take the heavy item to the post office and bill them the return fee, but who knows if I will get the money back seeing as they cant lift up a telephone!  

Glad you had a good experience with them - I was going to order from them but a lack of response to emails and phone calls put me off - I decided to order from Norwich Camping instead - little did I know they were part of the same group and I am less than impressed with their service and would certainly not recommend them to anyone!! 

I bought a Pyramid Corsican Awning from Norwich Camping through Ebay. However, when the payment was made through Paypal, the recipient was 'tents4less', so they are obvioulsy one and the same.  I have to say that the service I've received from them has been exemplary and all communication prompt and good, with a quick and free delivery service.  As yet, the awning is still in its' box and will be erected for the first time this week-end.  In fact, it will be the first time for us in ALL respects, taking out our first touring caravan and erecting an awning so it should be an interesting experience..! Therefore I am very much hoping that the awning is intact and not missing any bits... :-)
