This may seem a stupid question but here goes.........
I have twin electrics on my tow bar, they are situated on the left of the tow ball one on top of the other - the main lights and indicator one on the bottom and the white fridge one on top.
I have an Alko stabiliser on the hitch, handle on the left. I have never bothered using the fridge electrics but thought I'd give it a try this time out and have found that the Alko handle is just in the wrong place and fouls the electric socket so I can't plug the lead in - poo!
I was wondering if I could just unbolt the socket assembly and turn it round the other way but there doesn't seem to be enough free cable under the car to allow this.
Anyone else encountered this and if so what have you done to solve it.
Much head scratching going on here!!
Anyway - off to Charmouth CS for the weekend in an hour so don't care anymore!!
Thanks very much for that Paul - will have a search for one of those and give it a try.
"Then why ask?" - Not a very friendly response from 'freeatlast'. Just thought I'd ask the question to see what ideas awaited me on my return as I was just taking a break from packing the car when I sat down to post the question.
