Hi,
I recently ordered a Cobb and got some Cobblestones with it.

I fancy trying Heat Beads, but I like the environmental side of using the Cobblestones as they are organic and biodegradable, plus don't disintegrate to ash, making it easier to clean, but they are expensive.

I have seen some coconut briquettes at our local garage, and wondered if these could be used as an alternative to Heat Beads.

Has anyone used anything other than Heat Beads and Cobblestones, and how effective you have found them to be?

Cobblestones are made of Coconut shells so the coconut briquettes have the same environmental qualities as the cobblestones.
