hi all anyone know what is maximum kw fan heater you can use when camping never use one before , also seen 40ltr 3 way fridge on ebay £109.00 anyone got one of these they seem big size wise but do they hold a lot of food any advice would be great thanks lesandgeorge
It depends on the supply at the campsite. If your fanheater is say 1000 watts it will pull around 4.2 amps, if 1500 watts it will pull about 6.5 amps. The hook ups on most UK sites are 10 or 16 amps so as long as you don't run the fanheater and a kettle or other high usage equipment together you will be okay.

------------- Some people have nothing much to say, but you often have to listen for a while before you realise it!
I work on the theory that a 10 amp site = 2300 watts, therefore 1kw = 1000 watts leaving you 1300 watts to run everything else. If your on a 16 amps site, (3680 watts) 2 kw leaves you 1680 watts left to run what you want.
