They seem to think I am lunch (and dinner grrrrrrrrrr)

But they hardly bite OH ! He is diabetic and is convinced his blood is too sweet for the pesky little gits :)

Getting some for the first ever scotland trip in August. Also advised Garlic tablets/capsules for 3 weeks before and during can help anyone tried that ???

I usually get eaten alive when abroad by mossies - is there any hope for me???

The obnoxious, greedy, energy sapping monsters adore me, whilst others around me never get bitten or irritated.
At times I have been in agony with their bites and have had to seek medical assistance. Prevention from their bites is the best form of protection. It's like a major war with me. 'Them or me' and I try to win.It takes some doing and preparation believe me.

There was a post last year about mjdgies, I am now trying vitamin b tablets, which were recommended then. Been taking them for a month now and no bites yet!! The only confusion was when I went to H&B to buy them there was a huge selection of types of vitamin B. The assistant recommended vitamin B1, although the post last year suggested B2. I hope this helps.

Both garlic capsules and vitamin B capsules work well. The only thing is, you get less of a horrid taste if you burp when you are using the Vit.B!

going to give the vitamin tablets a go as well about a month before we go. SSS worked for us last year also had a couple of candles lit just outside tent door, None of us had any bites and the midges were out in force

its the smell they dislike so mind an get the right one the blue/green one do the test one of you use the spray and the other to wave your arms about ha ha  and see what happens
