just received my kitchen stand from amazon(go outdoors). However what I received was a two tier kitchen stand and not the one they were advertising which was a much larger setup with two tables and left and right small shelves etc. Having spoken to Go outdoors it seems I will have to return the product but will not be refunded the shipping costs for delivery and me returning it back to the them. They say Amazon are to blame whereas Amazon say Go outdoors are responsible for the error. Bl....dy cheek what do you reckon? any tips

depends if you have the time to spend all afternoon in store or what the price difference was I suppose. I always buy online and haven't had that much problem in the past. Might just be a one off with this as I've found both amazon and gooutdoors are normally really reliable.
Go to Head Office at GoOutdoors and don't give up until someone sorts it - at the end of the day is not your fault and you paid your money to GoOutdoors - play hell with them (but try the I know its not personally your fault softly softly schpeel first).
If what they supplied wasn't what was described or pictured at the point of sale, then you have the right to return the item in the same condition as when you purchased it because they've sent you something you didn't buy. You are entitled to a full refund and they must also reimburse you the cost of returning the item.

I thought that if they had sent you the wrong item then you are still entitled to have the correct item sent to you regardless as to what happens to the first stand they sent. They should send you a replacement out straight away and make their own arrangements to have the first stand picked up. The whole transaction is not finished until you receive the correct item and i would keep badgering go outdoors to send you what you paid for and let them deal with the other one.
