I have a footprint groundsheet for the Carolina 3. One side is shiny and the other side dull, which also shows the stitching. Is there a right or wrong way to lay onto the ground please? Yesterday we put the tent up in the garden and were really pleased with the amount of space in the living compartment. With the sewn in groundsheet plenty of room for a single or double air mattress with all our equipment in it, so easily accommodating extra people other than the three it is meant for. But a fantastic tent for two people like myself and my wife.
I have a footprint groundsheet for a vango kura and to be honest ive never noticed they were different on either side i just throw it down and peg it out and never had a problem. Ive never noticed the tent groundsheet different either to be honest. Be interesting to see if they do have a right way up though.
