Does anyone know where we can get a spare tent pole for a Royal Avignon 4. I have emailed them via their website and got a really unsatisfactory reply saying they have none in stock but no more detail. The Royal website hasn't been updated for more than 2 years and they don't seem to be at all customer friendly - has anyone else had problems?
