Hi

I've been looking at the coolboxes & think this one looks promising (Kampa Evo Ice House) its selling for approx £45

Does any one have one or know of its performance?

if u have access to costco look at the maxcold at £35

We bought the Kampa box last week and took it away for four days.  We didn't really get a chance to get the box cold before we loaded it and left, but we were really pleased with it's performance.

At the end of four days - after being left in the pretty boiling porch of our tent and with no re-freezing of ice packs - it was still good and cold in there - I honestly think the drinks were as cold as they would have been in a fridge.

I will stress that my previous experience has been with very cheap and decidedly nasty coolboxes so there may be better ones out there (possibly for less money) but, with my limited experience with the Kampa - it gets my vote!
