From looking at the Forum, I understand that many campers rate the Aerobed, but which one do we buy? It needs to be a double. We have bought two Gelert airbeds and both times ended up on the floor with bad backs and now we are fed up we really need a suitable camping bed! Today we looked at Go Outdoors and we saw Self Inflating Mattresses are these better than an Aerobed?

we have the explorer, thats very comfortable aswell and loses very little air. whichever aerobed you get it is definetely worth paying that bit more for.
We have three actives , one double and two singles for the kids , they are the best airbeds we have ever slept on , you can't over blow them up as the pump doesn't allow this and changes tone when they are full .
You won't go wrong with the actives or the explorers
