Some people have suggested taking cardboard boxes, which they use folded to try and even up the bed, and sleep with their head at the highest point and feet at the lowest point to reduce the chance of headaches (blood flow etc plus it means you'll land on you feet instead of your head if you do slip off  ).

ive not heard of any with levellers - would be a good idea tho!!
