Hi Guys can anyone help?????????

We have just bought the tunnel extension for our icarus 500, it is supposed to fit the side door (as it states in the vango matrix).

We could not get it to fit, has anyone had this problem? does anyone have a photo of it fitted?

It worked fine this weekend. We hooked the elasticated cord on the middle pole, just next to the door. It was just higher than the door.

I just looked at the Vango Matrix & I can't see where it says the Tunnel Extension will fit the Icarus, or is it the Icarus Canopy you have bought?
