Try your local council waste disposal site and they may be able to give you one that someone has handed in for disposal.
Also note you do not necessarily need to get a 7kg bottle as calor will exchange on any size calor gas bottle you have.

Tried 3 scrap yards near us and all said that it was more than their jobs were worth to let us take them, and as there were cctv cameras everywhere we could understand their dilema. Everyone said that if it was up to them we could have what we wanted but company policy would not let us have them.------------- Marilyn
