Can you get seam sealant in an aerosol? I have some leaks and thought I'd get them sorted on the last trip with a brushed on seam sealer. Easiest time to do this is (I thought) when the tent was up. Gravity has obviously become a problem!
Snap.Mine was ok at first but deveolped later.I have used fabsil if it had been pouring down outside and has leaked in butonly as a temporary measure. So off to get seam sealer, put tent up 'on its knees so to speak'(break the legs and get a tall mate) and did the whole lot ,on the outside.Thing is ther are a really comfy style tent and i dont want it to go for a while yet.Best of luck and let me know how you get on.
Whatever you do make sure the normal seam sealer has time to dry.You dont want to pack away your tent and have to unpeel it next time.Mine took a good day 9 till 5 to dry.
