Does anyone know of an outlet or link, for spares on rock pegs? I have a quantity of the normal 8mm hardened steel pegs on which the pretty plastic bit on top has been broken. All I want is to replace the plastic, or am I, in the words of my son, being a tightarse?

I've only got two with broken tops, which I did during extraction!
I bought some galvanised steel washers to slip onto the nails, as they will do the same job, and only cost pennies. An even tighter old man.
I cut up a sheet of polypropylene (an old fish box found on the beach) into discs to nail through. This helps to keep the guy lines dry from damp ground when breaking camp.

I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.

Pop a washer on. All the plastic bit does is stop the rope or rubber coming off the top.
