If anyone is requiring new car tyres can I recommend a brand called Barum.

I have just had to change my front two having done 31,000mls on them.

The first set of tyres which came with the car only managed 17,000 (dunlop I think).

When I got them they cost just £67 for two fully fitted, complete with a free punture repair service. (size 175 / 65 / 14 82T)

This time two have cost a bit more at £74.

I use National Tyres (Barnsley branch) the manager there is Stuart who is great and will match any price you can find. Stuart has sorted me for tyres for the last 30yrs when I first used to get my moped tyres from him (yamaha FS1E) do you remember those!
