I have a bike rack that fits onto my towbar and that carried 3 bikes fine

Except that I have 4 bikes and so need to carry one more

I bought a single rack to go onto the roof bars but on getting home realised that it wont fit because its designed to go around small round/square bars, not the wide aerofoil like bars that my Nissan pathfinder has.

Does anyone know of a type of single bike rack that would fit onto these aerofoil type roof bars ?

Thanks

You probably need an adaptor to fit the bike carrier to your rails. Try ringing www.roofbox.co.uk for advice - they are really helpful and if you do need a different bike carrier they will sell you an appropriate one at a great price.

Is the roof weight enough for 4 bikes and the 2 bike racks?
