Hi,

I have a Compass Calypso which is reluctantly for sale due to ill health, iy is in the process ofbeing sold but buyer wishes to carry 2 grandchildren seated in the dinette section. Has anyone had any experience if fitting lap belts for forward facing -feet up on the seat cushions? I feel that even if it is possible it will be expensive, any ideas.

My parents have a camper and lap belts are a big no no the law says if there are lap belts car seats must be used for children under 12 or a certain height but car seats for lap belts are only available for children between 9 months and 4 years this means our children can no longer go in the camper.
