Hi,

We have a Delta 3-Way Mobile Mains Unit which we lent to a friend recently. It was returned with one of the socket flaps broken off. Does anyone know where we can buy a replacement?

The only chance of obtaining a replacement part will probably be to contact the manufacturer.

We did buy it from Towsure. I have sent them an e-mail but no reply as of yet.

Does anyone have the manufacturers contact details?

Situation a week later.

Towsure have not replied to my e-mail. Not surprised really as when I originally contacted them via e-mail to ask for a delivery price for the unit to France they didn't reply, so I had to phone them up.

Towsure buy the units from Penine Leisure. I called Penine Leisure. Basically their answer was we only buy the complete units from the manufacturer, so I said right, can I have their contact details so I can order the spare part from them, answer no. Can you contact the manufacturer and find out if the spare part is available, kept getting a stock answer of we only buy the complete units from the manufacturer, so basically was no we can't be bothered. Not impressed, completely useless.

So, let this be a lesson to anyone else considering buying a Delta 3-Way Mobile Mains Unit, if something breaks, you will not be able to get spare parts for it. £70.00 down the drain.
