I have found some vacuum bags in poundland. You get one 60cm x 80cm bag
I have just tried all my fleece blankets (6 thick blankets) in one and it has worked a treat.
I think maybe the air may slowly creep back in over time, but I think if you pack them up and put them straight in the car with things on top, they have no choice but to stay flat

i am hearing a lot about these bag vacs things but i have no idea how they work other than you use a hoover? what do you do on the way home surely you dont take a hoover away? lol please enlighten me  17
