We have found the best places are petrol stations. Most have a selection and I have never found them to be any where as dear as camping specialists

We found that Petrol stations and the likes of B&Q were roughly the same price. Camp site would be more expensive.

We also find petrol stations are cheaper than dealers, sometimes a LOT cheaper.

Many larger towns have a Calor gas depot (assuming you're using Calor of course). You're guaranteed to get best prices there and advice too. We paid £13.25 for a 4.5kg refill.

I think on site you'll pay extra for the convenience.
