Where can I buy some poles to make a canopy out of my door? I've spotted that the door has eyelets to allow this, but no poles to do it with...how tall should they be?
Any ideas?
I would love to get them by Thursday if you can think of any real life shops near Hemel Hempstead in Herts or online that deliver quickly.
If you place your order early tomorrow (before 12:00h), then you should receive them by Wed/Thu, providing there is someone at home to take delivery.

The are often refered to as king poles and are widely available from camping shops. As to height , they should be higher than the top of the door appature , so any thing from 1.8 to 2.1 m ,and cost £10-12 .You could always pick them up on route to your site or even at the destination.

I agree about extra guys, e.g. for holding a tarp up all the time etc...

Thanks for the link DK,I've just ordered a set myself.They should be here today.
The ones I posted look like they could be steel,so will be much heavier,and with the Outwell you get the guyropes and pegs.

Im curious - as to why they need to be higher ?? if used in the rain wouldnt this cause the water to run tentside ?

I keep mine lower so that any rainwater runs off the end away from the tent, it also reduces the strain on the tent and zip.
