Sorry to go against the trend but i love Towsure in halesowen......we've had some of our best buys there. Tried Jacksons but didn't like all the muddle and only came out with two egg cups............there again thats not a bad thing!

Seasonally sited in Devon for the first time!!!
Towsure Halesowen is OK (ish) and we used to go a lot but the Go Outdoors in Wolverhampton is closer so tend to pop in there. Only to compare prices you understand, honest!
Well, decision has been made for me, they don't have the item I want in stock, and the email reply was very curt/rude, so I won't be going there! Will just order it online instead.
Thanks for all the replies!
------------- 2011 plans:
April - Exmoor 11 nights
May - Brynawelon, Wales 3 nights
July - Rendlesham Forest 4 nights
Then I am off back home to Australia, where the weather is always perfect for camping :)
I'd just like to mention the excellent customer service we've had from Towsure's on-line shop. I ordered an EHU from them on-line, which didn't arrive for over a week. As it was getting close to our next holiday, I emailled them to chase. They admitted the order had been misplaced, so they put the goods on an overnight carrier with guaranteed delivery next day before 10:00.
Ok, they screwed up in mis-placing the order - we all make mistakes, it happens to the best of us - but it's what you do to recover the situation that counts, and I can't fault their response.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
