I have the old style sun valley 8 and a kids room from the new style - it fits perfectly well. All you need to do is pop into your local camping shop and pick up 5 of the toggles with elastics - I got the ones that are like a rubber band with a rubber toggle built in (if that makes sense!). Just swap the top 2 and bottom 3 clips for these - I just tied them onto the webbing strap. One of the rear toggles could do with being 2 inches higher but it all fits ok and doesn't stretch or stress the tent.
I think so - I might well be wrong and I am sure some are similar shapes but I wouldn't like to take the risk of the hanging points being in the right place. I just looked for a sun valley kids room. If you are on Ebay you can set up a search that notifies you by email when one comes on. That's what I did.
