We have decided to purchase sleeping bags for our next camping trip in a couple of weeks. In the past we have used duvets. We have ordered outwell camper lux for ourselves and are looking for a bag for our 5 year old.
We did purchase a ready bed a couple of days ago but he is not comfortable in it at all as he does like to use his own pillow. We think he will be more comfortable in a separate bag on an inflatable bed. We are looking for a square bag but any recommendations would be well received.
Hi. Snugpak are the top sleeping bag manufacturer in Europe and I would recommend any of their bags. They have just started a new range called the Laponie range with a bag for everyone. Try the Laponie Junior Square Sleeping Bag - which is available in Blue, Pink or Camo - or the Laponie Junior Mummy Sleeping Bag which is available in pink or blue.
Hi. My 5 year old son has an Outwell Kids Dino Explorer sleeping bag and loves it and is always very warm and cosy. He also has the chair to match. I would highly recommend this.
Save money and buy a good adult sleeping bag and tie a belt around it - move the belt down the bag as he gets older - hey presto, a sleeping bag that he does not grow out of !!
We went on our first camping trip recently and our two boys (3 & 5) used Coleman Pacific Junior sleeping bags (with liners to keep them clean). Currently £15 from Amazon. I do like the adult bag idea though!
We have a Coleman Pacific for our eldest too. Lovely flannel lining and very snug. He regularly falls of the bed and ends up sleeping on the floor quite comfortably.
Actually I am talking complete rubbish. We have a coleman pacific double, he has a Wynnster Ranger Junior Sleeping Bag http://www.campingworld.co.uk/Models.aspx?ModelID=2400. but it doesn't look like it's available anymore.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
