It's not the type of Cadac that defines the regulator as it will work with either. It is the type of gas bottle used that determines the regulator.

Hi Trooper
I have both, just did'nt know if 28mbar would give suffecient heat considering the layers of metal that have to be heated. Am I worrying about nothing?
Having converted from a Cobb I want to make sure I can fry a breakfast.

They'll both work well, my only tips would be to use only the griddle plate (either side up, makes no difference) and make sure they are really really hot before putting food on.

You'll need that as it spreads the heat evenly, I only use the griddle plate to cook on. The ridged side does a nice steak and the flat side does a nice breakfast.
