My lock has broke (tried wd40 was ok for a bit but no good again now)

It's in storage in cornwall so i cant check the lock, but would like to get one before i go down there in March

the caravan is a sprite rapier (but is actually a sterling europa souped up) approx 13 years old

Bit of a long shot, but can anyone identify the type of lock i need from this pic..!?  looked on ebay and looks like the vecam...

Its possibly a Caraloc 640. Does your key have an mc number on it?

i checked the key, just a number, no manufacturer on it (round plastic head and thats about it)

 

the vecam looked 'rounder' than the caraloc 640?
