hi i have just about finished repairing my caravan that we discovered serious damp in last autumn. anyhow i want to replace a small table that was missing when we bought the van, it is an old 1987 abi monza 4.00D and the table fits at rear of van and is fixed in place via a sliding table connection (which i have sourced from local van shop)

BUT

I cannot find the fitting that screws to the underside of the table too take the pedestal leg (its only about hald inch diameted pole and all shops / ebay etc seem to only have fittings for considerably larger and more modern poles.

Does anyone know where i will find one as my last resort will be to try and make one from wood or similar (not ideal but practical!)

Hi have you looked at leisure shop direct website, they have the replacement leg and fixing that i think you are talking about, part number 118580 or part number 119698, search in caravan for table and these items will come up at the bottom of the page, it also maybe worth a phone call to these people as they will order in parts for you that are not on their website, they got me a certain light fitting for my old caravan that i could not source anywhere else. Very friendly and efficient.
