hi all this is my familys 2nd year camping we got our 7man tent from new so we knew we was ok but its been in the spare bedroom since july and was wondering if we should get it up aired or something before we go in again in may. what does everyone else do?

As long as you put it away dry it should be ok, however it never does any harm to see it up, check it over and see if you need anything from a small repair to purchasing replacement pegs. It's a bit late to find that out when you've arrived on site.

I have the same effect by just opening up the bag and sniffing the tent!!  Beats putting it up and packing it away again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
