Just bought one new but no instructions!!!!!

 

Can anybody help please....I`ve managed to set it up on the grill setting...with the defelctor under the grill plate...is that right????

 

Also there is no gas on/off....i take it you control it via the gas valve control on the bottle??

 

Also there is metal triangle piece...what for ??

 

Any help apprecaited !!!!

There should be a gas on/off on the leg!  The metal triangle piece is the potstand, you would put it directly over the flame without deflector if you were using it.  And yes, deflector goes under the grill plate.  I would contact supplier and get them to put instructions in post.

the triangle piece clips onto the inside of the legs there are little slots for it to fit can be a little awkward clipping it in it keeps the legs braced to stop them flopping about if you move it,the gas regulator is at top of the legs a grey knob  and the deflector is used with the bbq top you can also google cadac user instructions for further info
