Wilkinsons and Lidl have some useful fold-up crates with handles - not as big as the regular ones but maybe useful for moderate-weight washing up?

I use the regular ones aas a laundry basket as they fold up neatly to go in the cupboard (there's always an excuse er, reason for buying camping things if they have a 'home' life too). B&Q have fold-up ones too, sometimes in packs.
