I sent the valve I had cut out back last week(by recorded delivery)
I spoke to Kate at Aerobeds yesterday who said she hadn't received it.I then gave her the parcel tracking number and I also tracked it online.According to the post office it was delivered from Shepherds Bush sorting office,which according to Kate is right underneath their offices,.Don't worry she said I will process the new bed now.
UP's have just delivered it this morning.What fantastic service
Well done Aerobeds and to Kate who deals with all the replacements etc.

Our active let us down this week and when i looked at the argos receipt it was 2 days over the year. I took it back anyway and they gave me a full refund ( this was our 2nd problem one in a year and I've taken to taking the receipt with me on camping trips) . I then bought an active + from them ( which was less than the price we paid a year ago for an active). I would recommend buying from argos as , if its faulty within the 1st year, you can take it back and get a new one with a full 2 year warranty. The active + ( similar idea to the coleman comfort dual chamber) is great for those who get disturbed in the night by their partners movements

The number given in a earlier thread only takes you to a voicemail service.
Im really dissapointed with the whole thing at the mo.
I think the lady who deals with it (Kate)only works part time so keep trying.
I have found the best time to phone her is just after 11 am.
The online email contact form is a waste of time.

my wife fired an email off to kate at aerobed about the problem we had with our 2nd bed and 2 days later we got a response,they have replaced the bed with a different model to the one which we had twice before,that bed is no longer listed on there site so maybe they had problems with this bed,anyway they have replaced with a bed of simular size and spec so well done Kate and aerobed and lets hope this will be the bed witout probs...

As said before, has anyone not had a problem with their Aerobed? I understand that they are great beds but there seems to be an awful lot that have the same leaks in the same areas.
