I don't know of one (hopefully someone else will) but as an alternative look at a decent self inflating mat as they have no weight restriction, or a good airbed like an Aerobed active.
Might be wrong about this but most camp beds are rated up to about 16 stone, I think. 100kg? Rings a bell anyway. Could probably push it by 10% or so, I expect, but not by as much as you need.
I'd go with the ground plus a good airbed or self inflating mattress, as has been said.
If you like to sleep propped up a bit, then try one of the oversized recliners such as the Kampa Extravagance, they take 25stone, are extra wide, and go almost flat and are very comfortable.
The problem you may find with acampbed is not only the weight they can carry, but they may be rather narrow to sleep a large person in comfort without any side support bars digging in, they are also prone to sinking into soft ground if they have narrow legs, you would need to put a square of plywood or similar under each foot.

Many thanks to everyone who has replied so far. Will have a look at the sunncamp oversized beds. Can't use an inflating camp mat as Himself is getting old and decrepit and can't get himself off the ground without difficulty!!! That is the reason I'm looking for a campbed if there is one out there suitable for him.
What about an Aerobed Raised or a Intex double height - here's a pic of my single sized intex but you get them in double and queensized too. I've just looked up the Intex website and the queensized raised comfort top airbed can take up to 600 lbs, which is the same as 42 stone.
