I had a look at one in Aldi this morning, we already have one of the 4 arm rotary camping washing lines but wondered if the Aldi one would save packing space. Its a longer and thinner pack size so wouldnt fit in the boot so I decided to give it a miss. Sounds like it was the right decision!! I did think the stringy bits didnt look strong enough. Keep an eye on ebay happercamper as the rotary washing lines don come up for alot less than the £25 we paid.
Did buy the tablecloth holders, oil torch and led parasol lights though.

I had one of those last year, it never made it camping due to running out of room in the car, but i did use it at home a few times. I never had a problem with saggy strings, but did find it overbalanced quite easily, i ended up selling it at a car boot sale.
Thought about the Aldi clothes dryer last year, but as an Aldi wasn't close by decided to opt for the Argos one that happened to be on a special offer at the time (I've not been disappointed with it either). Yesterday saw the Aldi one and I am quite pleased I went for the Argos one. It even came in a nice carry case, with ground pegs to help keep it stable.
i tried hanging them on evenly as i could...the strings were awful very cheap... we should of avoided it in the first place cos the first one we picked up was broken in the box...cheap nasty piece of metal n plastic tbh....no tar.... and it wasn't as if it was outside either!!!
but im happy your over the moon with yours Familyof4...maybe they have changed who knows?? but this wasn't up too much and the clothes that were ilustrated on the picture would never of gone on it!!
blimey fiona yours must of been reinforced in someway...this one i had I don't think would of held several flannels let alone beach towels!!!

I think they are hit and miss I remember someone posting last year when I bought mine that when they went in to Aldi to get one there were that many broken and lying in pieces on the floor that they didn't bother. I think we were just lucky!
