Hi, first post here... thanks everyone for all advice I have been reading.
Anyway, I would like to make an awning for the front of my tent which has only got a small sun porch, using tarp and poles. Maybe cheaper than buying a day tent-room, but that kind of thing is what I am aiming for. Ideally 6 foot standing room.
Anyone got any experience of particular tarp/pole combos ?
the poles that come with it are very sturdy, i then got an extra set of extendable poles so that i can put the tarp in a variety of positions depending if i need it to stop the rain or wind. or simply to use as a sun shade.
I have the same problem and dont have a porch on the evo, i also have the tarp fron decathlon, but wondered how you got the other end to stand or should i say stay over the door .mmm!!!!!
