You might have to call a local locksmith to remove it for you, not cheap i know, but he should be able to do it without causing any further damage to your van or the stabilizer itself. Most will also want to see proof of ownership before they will attempt to remove it, so have your paperwork, cris documents ect ready when he calls.
Local to us they charge around £70 for this service.
