We took ours for 3 nights camping recently and it does the job fine for three people for just a few days. I put in a couple of blue freezer boards to help keep it cooler.
I've had one for a couple of years and can't really fault it. Yes, it can struggle when the weather is really hot, but how often is that? I've actually had to thaw my bacon when camping in the spring/autumn
where do you plug these in? we've just come back from camping at the duke of york,Buxton(cracking site i might add!) and me and my hubby chatted about getting one of these whilst sat round the fire, which opened up the discussion on keeping the milk from going off ( its not got a shop to buy fresh supplies) and the wine chilled! ( i work as a store assistant for aldi and really should know these details lol )
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
