I had something similar but not sure it would take the weight of a microwave, cupboard's great for storage but you might damage the top, it's only thin stuff so would probably bow.

I use a Lack table from Ikea for our table top fridge, the legs come off and it packs flat, dunno if you have the room for that but works for us

I have bought a Hollie cupboard a few weeks ago I have posted a picture on the tent review page of the Kampa Filey6. I don't know how much weight it would actually take we use it for the TV (sad campers!)  The top is quite solid and it is quite easy to put together.
