draind water from van for winter took van out last week turend taps on got a lot of sluttering from hot taps and not much water how do i re bleed water system

Have you closed the valve on the water heater that you opened to drain the system?

If it is closed, you just run the hot taps until the hot water tank is full and water is flowing smoothly from the tap - this usually takes a few minutes in our van. It will splutter and gurgle whilst the tank is filling. You can then safely turn on the hot water to heat the tank.
