Well, no straight answer , never heard of a trailer going from a site, most stolen from gardens.
Problem is that most camping trailers are light enough to lift, so any hitch or wheel locks won't stop a theft. Trailer on the back of or inside a van. Saying that I bought a hitchlock and use it, but that is more for my peace of mind, it looks like a deterrent 
Now, the jockey wheel and wheel chocks both cheaper than the hitch are worth their weight in gold
