Yesterday I bought two folding camping chairs from B&M Bargains (you know, the sort with the crossover legs and cupholder). I have just opened one out and it doesn't seem to 'click' into position. Is this normal? I have a child's one which has a little release catch but these don't. Are they meant to just fold out but not lock?
We've had several similar styled ones and don't remember any of those ever clicking into position. Dare I suggest you try one out......I mean YOU coz then if there is anything faulty at least you won't be damaging any of the precious family
They're such handy chairs though and we had the extra light ones that evenI could pick up with one hand. We've no longer got them though as over the years they'd worn out so invested in some of the bog standard fold up type efforts that are even lighter believe it or not!
the ones we used to have never locked into position, Although our Daughters one did, i think this is to stop kids nipping there fingers when they sit on the chair,If they are anything like my daughter then she never sat still and was allways fiddling about with the chair
