hello brun- we have always had a double airbed- but 2 x singles can be seperated if your snoring or OH's snoring gets too much. I don't understand what you mean by "2 singles inside aa double sleeping bag" you normally inflate your airbed, put it on the floor and then zip your bags together and put them on top of the airbed- not airbed in the bags with you!! Coleman do good airbeds but you are wanting self inflating- there are many BE AWARE that some say self inflating but they need electricity to run the pump, or do you want the ones that inflate on their own.--I say this as I do not know if you are a camper that uses electricity or not.. Look at GO Outdoors website or Towsure or just visit your local camping stuff place. cheers gary
