My much loved and very useful Kampa Energise lantern packed in recently after about 4 seperate weekly camps. I observed the general view about not switching it back on within 20 seconds always. Upon inspection it seems like one of the diodes on the internal pcb has blown (burnt out and stinks). Unit accepts a charge but fails to light. Have emailed Kampa direct to see what response they can give me, the warranty expired recently - unluckily. I am not convinced to part with another £25 for another one from same source. Any recommendations folks? Bought from Outdoor Megastore (stan)! Hopefully Kampa will be generous of thought and replace the lantern, or not.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
