Didn't want to have to buy anything for next camping trip (spent enough already :D ) but we are no longer sharing a gazebo with a friend for cooking and as the weather forecast is not looking so good, thinking a windbreak with a canopy might be an okay idea for cooking in the rain? (If anyone has any other good ideas please suggest!)
Seen some gelert ones for around £40 including postage, is there any chance of any cheaper? THanks

Why not make your own windbreak? a simple length of material with hems avery 5 ft or so, big enough to take a broom handle through them. Use 4 or 6 poles.
Add a couple of tall tent poles about 6ft, from a camping shop, to support a tarp over the top. - simple cooling shelter.

I have just bought this, scroll down and on the left of the link page it shows it used as a windbread with roof. Hope this helps.

I got this from either Aldi or Lidl (can't remeber which!) when they had their camping gear in last year.
Worked really well last week for cooking under:
