... where the heck can you get it? I've tried all the local camping shops and they don't stock it - discontinued line apparently - and I can't see it online at Go Outdoors where the lantern was purchased last year. If I have to I'll resort to ebay but has anyone got any other ideas? Thank you :)

So long as you know the width of the wick needed, it shouldn't really matter what it was made for.

Can thoroughly recommend Base Camp as the source for almost anything to do with lamps, etc. Problem is I tend to get tempted when I order from them and add a few more bits to the order!

Check if your nearest 99p Store still have any lamps in stock - they should include a spare wick (looks about 10mm wide).
