We have a local Taunton Leisure branch here. Its a proper camping shop that has been around for years with very knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. It is not a get-rich-quick internet outfit trying to cash in on the staycation boom.
I've never used their mailorder service but would expect it to be as helpful and efficient as the shop. Hope that helps.

Have ordered from them before - very good service. Even had a delivery slot specified from the courier rather than the usual 'it'll be here any time between 7am and 6pm'
I ordered an Outwell wardrobe from them 2 days ago - it's being delivered today and that's not express delivery BTW they are selling them quite cheap compared to everyone else.....
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
