I know this subject has come up before so sorry to be a bore, we have a Coleman queensize airbed and have used it for the past three seasons without a problem. But last month it went down. Have tried to find a puncture/leak using the ear method and the washing up liquid method but to no avail. I read on here before that some had faulty valves and that if you sent the (cutout) Coleman logo from the side of the bed it was replaced, IIRC.
Now I hear that they are discontinuing this range for some greener ones.
I am a bit disgruntled at laying out £40.00 for something that was used a dozen times.
Any advice, tips or just sympathy greatly appreciated.
Ive had the same problem with their double bed which was brand new, it kept leaking from the valve and wouldn't stay up. I phoned outdoor world where i bought it from and they said that there was an agreement with Coleman in which if i cut out the name on the bed and post it to Outdoor world they will pass it on to Coleman and send me out a new one.
have you tried contacting coleman to see what they say
coleman customer service are useless and incredibly unhelpful. if you ring them, they will just tell you to contact your supplier. i rang them to complain about the airbed fitted sheets, but they wouldn't replace them. they told me to go the shop i bought them in who also couldn't replace them without buying a load of them in in bulk as they didn't stock them anymore, i ended up getting a refund.
