Wifes just bought 2 Outwell Deluxe Recliners and I cant work out how to recline them.  Can see two catches to pull and I can see the adjustment holes, butthe damned things dont want to budge.

Any ideas?

although i havent seen these , some times you lift the arm rest up and they then tilt the back back if you get what i mean. Dont know if this will help , but worth a try
