We have a problem keeping the roof clean on our caravan, we have tried a long handled brush but a little elbow grease is needed to get it clean, I know you can't stand on the roof so has any one any idear's how we can get to clean it, thought of a hot air balloon but then thought Nughhhh! Jackie

I made up a plank with ends that sat on the edge where the sides and top come together. This spread the load over an area of three feet each side. Hard to explain, but the sides formed a L section that was just wider than the van, so it could not slip off either side. The whole thing could then be slid along the top of the van as I scrubbed with a broom and soapy water. Hope that made sence.

Open the roof lights in the van and put your step ladder inside the van.
